The Giro Fuse Ski and Snowboard Helmet is a 3/4 cut low profile helmet that is audio compatible. The Giro Fuse™ is a light, durable helmet with top-level performance, progressive styling and technical features designed to perform in all conditions. This feature-rich helmet includes Giro's Super Fit™ system, an In-mold shell, and an EPS liner. Giro has included 16 Super Cool ™ vents, Thermostat™ control, and Weatherstrip™ vent plugs and removable earpads to help keep you comfortable in all temperatures.
The In-mold construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing foam liner for extra durability without excess weight. The fusion of the shell and liner also allows Giro to sculpt better ventilation systems, so In-mold helmets can be lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.
Super Cool™ vents pull cool, fresh air into the helmet while radiating heat and stale air out. By maximizing efficiency and optimizing vent shapes, the collective cooling power of Super Cool™ vents helps to regulate your core temperature.
Thermostat™ ventilation control allows you to custom tune airflow instantly with a simple, low profile control button on the outside of the helmet. No other system is faster or easier to adjust.
Weatherstrip™ vent plugs are highly effective for regulating your temperature. Just snap a set into the helmet for a tight seal against the chill, or remove them to let out excess heat.
